This container desiccant pack has no hanging hook. It is made to be placed directly among the cargo — inside a carton, a wooden crate or on top of a palletised load — so the drying capacity sits exactly where the sensitive goods are.

Hanging type or in-box type?

The two formats solve different problems. A hanging desiccant is fixed to the container wall and balances the whole air volume. An in-box desiccant travels with the goods. A carton of leather goods or electronics can hold moisture inside its own packaging even when the container air is reasonably dry, and a pack hanging three metres away will do little for it. Most experienced shippers combine both: hanging sets on the walls for the container, in-box packs inside the cartons that matter most.

3. On pallets, put it on the top surface under the stretch wrap.
4. Do not bury it under heavy load where it will be crushed.
5. Remove and discard the pack on arrival.
