Membership Agreement

Parties

This Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between BMD PRO Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (the “WEBSITE” or the “Company”) and the internet user who registers as a member at www.absormix.com (the “MEMBER”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Subject and Scope

The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the conditions for benefiting from the services provided by the WEBSITE and to set out the rights and obligations of the parties.

Membership Conditions

Members must be at least 18 years of age.
The membership application is completed by fully completing the registration form available on the WEBSITE and electronically accepting this Agreement.
The WEBSITE reserves the right to reject membership applications at its discretion.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

MEMBER:
- Is responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration.
- Is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their username and password.
- May not use the WEBSITE in any manner that violates applicable laws, public morals or the intended purpose of the WEBSITE.
WEBSITE:
- Reserves the right to modify the services, content and pricing offered to members without prior notice.
- Shall not be held liable for interruptions in service caused by technical failures or malfunctions within the system.

Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data shared by the MEMBER during the membership process is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
The policies regarding the use, retention and disposal of personal data are set out in the WEBSITE’s Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

All text, graphics, logos, images and software available on the WEBSITE are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. The MEMBER may not reproduce, copy or use such content for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.

Termination of the Agreement

The MEMBER may cancel their membership at any time.
If the MEMBER breaches this Agreement or applicable legislation, the WEBSITE may terminate the membership unilaterally.

Resolution of Disputes

In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the courts and enforcement offices located in the place of residence of the relevant parties shall have jurisdiction.

Entry into Force

By checking the box stating “I have read and accept the Membership Agreement” when registering on the WEBSITE, the MEMBER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
