Sales Agreement

• The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and accepted the essential characteristics, sales price, payment and delivery information, right of withdrawal and return conditions relating to the products/services listed on the WEBSITE.

• The product/service shall be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form through the courier company contracted by the SELLER.

• In the event of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing transportation or delivery, the SELLER may postpone delivery by informing the BUYER.

• For products that are out of stock, the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order or offer an equivalent product.

• The product subject to the order shall be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date the order is received by the SELLER.

• The delivery period may vary depending on the BUYER’s delivery address.

• If the BUYER is not present at the delivery address or fails to accept delivery, any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the BUYER.

• The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods without providing any reason.

• Notifications regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be submitted to the SELLER in writing or via a durable medium such as email or a web form.

• The product to be returned must be unused and sent complete with its original packaging and invoice.

• Return shipping costs arising from the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.

• Products that are specially prepared or personalised in accordance with the BUYER’s specifications

• Products that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a limited expiry date

• Hygiene-sensitive products whose packaging or protective seal has been opened after delivery, such as earphones, underwear or cosmetics

• Services performed instantly in electronic form and digital content supplied electronically

• Periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines

• Services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, such as accommodation, transportation and vehicle rental services

Warranty Conditions

• If the product sold is defective, the BUYER may exercise the statutory remedies provided by law, including a refund, free repair, replacement with a non-defective product or a reduction in the purchase price.

• The warranty period and applicable warranty conditions are specified in the warranty certificate supplied with the product.

• If any damage is identified upon delivery, the BUYER should request that the courier prepares a damage report and should not accept the damaged product.

• Defects or malfunctions resulting from improper use are not covered by the warranty.

• Return requests may be made by the BUYER within the statutory withdrawal period or in cases involving defective goods.

• The product to be returned must be unused and sent together with all accessories, the invoice and any promotional or complimentary items supplied with the product.

• Once the return has been approved, the refund shall be made within 14 days using the same payment method used by the BUYER for the original transaction.

• For returns made outside the statutory right of withdrawal as part of a campaign or customer satisfaction policy, return shipping costs may be borne by the BUYER.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this Agreement, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade, the competent authorities shall be the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the BUYER’s place of residence or the place where the Agreement is performed.

Entry into Force

When the BUYER completes payment confirmation for an order placed through the WEBSITE, the BUYER shall be deemed to have read and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
