Moisture Absorber Pack Sailboat 1x500 g

Sailboat Moisture Absorber Pack 1x500 g – For Holiday Homes

The 500 g Sailboat moisture absorber is made for holiday homes that stand closed for months out of season. A single pack aims to keep one room, or a large cupboard, dry for the whole period.

What happens in a closed holiday home

Between October and May air circulation in a closed holiday home almost stops. The high humidity of a coastal location works its way through the walls and condenses on surfaces as night temperatures fall. The musty smell, lifting wallpaper and damp bedding found when the season opens are the result of that accumulation. A high capacity pack balances the process across the season.

Key features

• Single 500 g pack: capacity for seasonal use.
• Sailboat print design: fits a coastal home.
• CaCl₂ gel technology: holds a heavy moisture load as gel.
• Leak-proof pouch: can be left untouched for months.
• Room-scale coverage: reaches beyond a single cupboard.
• Up to three times its own weight: around 1.5 kg of moisture.

Frequently asked questions

Is one pack enough for a whole house?
No. Closed doors block moisture transfer, so each room needs its own pack.

Will it last six months?
It depends on humidity. In very damp coastal regions a mid-season check is advisable.

Cupboard or room — which is better?
Inside a closed cupboard the effect is more concentrated; in the middle of a room it balances a larger volume.
